The Challenge.

Cloud 9’s marketing wasn’t working for them. It wasn’t generating them new leads and it wasn’t facilitating the business growth that they deserved! Their marketing approach, as well as their marketing strategy, needed an overhaul as it wasn’t allowing them to tap into what is a rich and fruitful marketplace. 

They wanted us to help convert prospective clients who viewed their site and generate leads by utilising conversion offers and lead generation capture tools. They wanted workflows that worked for them and they came to us so that we could make the digital marketing work for them.

The Solution.

After a series of in-person workshops, several games of Guess Who and a broken toothbrush (don’t ask) we had our strategy locked down. We had Cloud 9’s ideal market and target audience identified and we knew EXACTLY how we we’re going to help Cloud 9 attract the types of clients they wanted to work with. Our audiences challenges were also identified, so that going forward, we knew exactly how to answer them.  


We set to creating audience specific content offers that included: eBooks, downloadable infographics and blogs to name but a few, all of which were designed to generate genuine interest in Cloud 9’s services as well as their brand as an entity. We used blog content and social marketing platforms to drive potential clients to purpose built conversion pages, these in turn helped us generate highly engaged leads. We utilised a CRM platform which had exemplary lead generation tools included within it.

The Result.

A month into working with us, Cloud 9 experienced a 142% increase in website traffic. By creating purpose built content offers, that were then inserted onto their website, landing page conversions increased by 23%. We are proud to say that we were our client’s all inclusive marketing team – we are even prouder still to have presided over such fantastically positive results!
