The Challenge.

Bright and White Dental Spa were looking to capitalise on their website to find new patients for their higher end services like teeth straightening, implants and root canal. Tried techniques like Google AdWords were no longer delivering the results they once yielded and a lead generation strategy setup was proving to be unsuccessful. Our key challenges lay within keyword optimisation, social media marketing and new patient lead generation through bespoke digital strategy.

The Solution.

We rolled up our sleeves and went to town on keyword research, developing a list of keywords which could draw traffic to the site organically, (we mean traffic that has not been paid for – not to be confused with pesticide free fruit). Once we had the research, the foundation of our strategy had been placed. We dissected the Bright and White website and parted the conversion offer pages from the general dental services pages, optimising each page as per our research and updating the offers. By reviewing a overs a years’ worth of AdWords campaigns, we were able to readjust strategy by optimising ads and reducing spend whilst also introducing social ads.


A key component of our solution was founded in SEO, we targeted search engines by introducing a content plan which weaved a series of blogs surrounding our dental services around a core set of keywords strengthening each dental service one campaign at a time. Within each blog we enabled lead generation through cleverly placed CTA’s directing to a relevant offer.

The Result.

After a series of intensive SEO campaigns, we turned the AdWords campaigns for Bright and White Spa off in July 2016 and experienced a steady maintenance of leads brought to the site organically. Site traffic increased in the first three months by a whopping 51.95%. Now site traffic is great, but as you know the metric businesses often need to sustain growth is conversions. From January 2016 to March 2017, our campaigns enjoyed a conversion rate of 33.51% in total. From updating the website to researching specific locations for a leaflet drop, whatever support the practice needed, we were able to provide.
